I’m TaKenya

I started Studio117 Creative in 2020 to close the tech gap for small business owners who are talented at what they do but feel held back by tools that seem confusing or out of reach.

Before the studio, I worked in customer experience at Progressive and earned my Green Belt in process improvement at the Department of Defense, where I revamped call center processes. That work taught me that good systems take stress off of people, and it shapes every website and tech setup I build.

Today, I run the studio from Garner, just outside Raleigh, and work with clients here and across the country. I’m a Moxie and Zoho partner, a business coach, and a self-published author. Through all of it, my goal stays the same: help you understand and bring clarity so you can make confident decisions about your business.
