I check for updates regularly and apply them for you. Security updates go in right away, and other updates wait a bit first so they are less likely to break anything.

Pick your plan and take the quick survey.

Each plan has a short survey about your site, like how old it is, how many plugins it has, and who has been looking after it.

Your part: Answer the questions as best you can. “I’m not sure” is a fine answer.

Get your terms.

As soon as you submit the survey, you get the terms agreement that fits your site. If your site is ready, you can start right away. If it needs a plugin audit first, your terms explain why and include the audit, so there are no surprises.

Your part: Review the terms and complete your payment.

Get set up.

I get access to your site and your hosting account, then set up your updates, your customized dashboard, monitoring, and (with Care Complete) your backups and security.

Your part: Share your site and hosting logins. Hosting access is what lets me restore your site if something goes wrong.

Stay covered.

I handle the upkeep, send your monthly report, and put things back if an update causes a problem.

Your part: Read your report and reach out when you need something.

A WordPress maintenance plan is ongoing care for your site. I handle the updates, keep an eye on your site, and put things back if an update causes a problem. Your site stays with your current host, and you get a monthly report so you always know how it is doing. My maintenance plans are called EmpowerTech Care Plans.

Care Essentials covers updates and relies on your host’s backups if something needs to be restored. Care Complete adds independent backups twice a day and before every update, 24/7 security monitoring and fixes, a custom login URL, and user monitoring. If you are not sure your host keeps good backups, Care Complete is the safer choice.

A care plan is for keeping your site where it is. Most hosting only keeps your server running. It does not run your updates, check that nothing broke, or keep backups somewhere other than the host itself. Care Complete does all three. If you would rather move your site and have hosting and care in one place, that is what Hassle-Free Hosting is for.

Not always. Newer sites, sites with only a few plugins, and sites that have been maintained regularly can usually start right away. The quick survey checks whether your site needs a cleanup first. If it does, your terms explain why and include the audit before you pay anything.

Yes. Care plans are open to any WordPress site, no matter who built it or where it is hosted. The survey checks what shape your site is in before we start. If your site is very out of date, a plugin audit gets it ready for regular care.

I restore your site and check that everything is working again, at no extra cost. With Care Essentials, I use your host’s backups. With Care Complete, I use your most recent independent backup.

Restores happen through your hosting account, even when your host keeps the backups. Without that access, I cannot put your site back quickly if something goes wrong.

Yes. You can move between Care Essentials and Care Complete, or cancel anytime. Send your cancellation request in writing to support@studio117creative.com, and your plan stays active through the end of your current payment period. Payments are nonrefundable, including annual plans.
