Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get set up for support.

Once you are all set up after purchase, you can contact support directly from within your WordPress dashboard.

You will receive a response within two business days unless we are closed, which is always notified via email and within our newsletter if possible. But usually, it is sooner.

Support hours can be used for a wide range of tasks. However, they can not be used for large design projects. Those have to be quoted and planned individually.

Time will be tracked when requests are made. Once a task is completed, you will be notified of how much time remains on your account.

Support hours are good for one year from the date of purchase.

Support stacks can only be used for the site they were purchased for. They are non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for the purchase of support hours. All sales are final.
