Tech Support

Small Business Tech Support

Help with your WordPress website and the tools you run your business on, explained in plain English. Whether something broke this morning or your tools have never talked to each other, I can help you sort it out.

Tech problems don’t wait for a good time.

The form stops sending. The email automation goes quiet. The plugin update breaks the one page everybody visits. Or you have five tools that each do one job, and none of them talk to each other.

You could spend the afternoon in help forums and YouTube tutorials. Or you could hand it to someone who already knows where to look. I help small business owners fix what’s broken, set up what’s missing, and understand what changed, so the next time something acts up, you’re not starting from zero.

Not Sure Which Kind of Support You Need?

Here’s a quick way to think about it:

If one thing is broken or you have one task in mind, start with One Time Support.

If you keep running into small tech needs every month, a Support Stack saves you money and keeps help on standby.

If your tools feel scattered and you’re ready for a real system, System Setup is the place to start.

Still not sure? Book a call and tell me what’s going on. I’ll point you to the option that fits, even if that turns out to be something else entirely.

How Getting Tech Support Works

1

Tell me what’s going on.

Send a support request, request a quote, or book a call. Screenshots and “it just stopped working” are both welcome.

2

Get a clear plan.

I’ll look at what you need and let you know the next step and what it will cost before I start.

3

I fix it or build it.

I handle the technical work, and I explain what I did in plain English so you’re not left guessing.

4

Stay supported.

Come back for one time help, keep hours in a Support Stack, or move to a care plan if your website needs regular attention.

Tech Help That Speaks Your Language

No jargon.

I explain what’s happening and why, without making you feel behind.

Website and business tools.

WordPress is home base, but I also work with the email platforms, CRMs, schedulers, and automations that keep your business running.

Systems that fit how you work.

I build around your process, not the other way around, so your tools support the way you already run your business.

You stay in the loop.

You’ll know what I did and how to handle it next time, if you want to.

Tech Support Questions, Answered

WordPress websites, plus the business tools connected to them: email marketing platforms, CRMs, schedulers, forms, payment tools, and automations. If it touches your website or how you run your business online, there’s a good chance I can help.

No. My support focuses on your website and online business tools. For hardware and network issues, a local IT provider is the better call.

As-needed support is $95/hour (Care Plan and hosting customers receive support at a discounted rate). Support Stacks start at $425 for prepaid hours at a lower rate. System Setup is quoted based on the tools and workflows involved.

One-time Support is as-needed support, billed at $95/hour. A Support Stack is a bundle of prepaid hours at a lower rate that you can use over time, which works better if tech needs come up regularly.

Tech support is help when you need it. Website care is ongoing maintenance, like updates, security, and backups, so problems are less likely to show up in the first place. Many clients use both.

Not at all. Studio117 Creative is based in Raleigh, NC, and I work with small businesses and nonprofits all over the US. Tech support happens virtually, so location is never a problem. But if you are local and need in person meet up, that is an option too.

Nope. Tell me what you’re seeing or experiencing, share screenshots or screen recordings, and I’ll figure out the rest.

Need Ongoing Care or Content Help?

If your website needs regular updates and backups, a care plan keeps it healthy so you’re not waiting for something to break. And if your tech is in good shape but your content isn’t, my content services can help.
