How it works
Once you sign your agreement and make your first payment, here’s what happens.
Onboarding
You complete the questionnaire, add us as an admin on your site, and choose your theme (new or the one you have).
Your part: Finish all three so we can start your setup.
Staging Setup
Within 2 business days, we set up your staging site, configure your plugins, and send your documentation.
Your part: Watch your inbox for your login and documentation.
Build at Your Pace
You work on your site with tutorials, support tickets, and two 30-minute working sessions: one to get you started and one before launch. We run daily backups the whole time.
Your part: Submit a support ticket whenever you get stuck, and book your second session when you are close to launch.
Request Launch
You complete the launch checklist and submit your launch request.
Your part: Do a final pass on mobile and test your forms before you submit.
Launch and Support
We review your site, move it live, and provide 1 week of support.
Your part: Celebrate, then start sharing your link.
