How Pay What You Can Works

Each website type has a floor price. That is the minimum. From there, you choose any amount at or above the floor that fits your budget. Nobody is going to ask you to justify your number.

1

Choose your website type

Single page or multi-page, based on what your business needs right now.

2

Choose your price

Any amount at or above the floor. Pay what your business budget can handle today.

3

Payment Options Available

Payment is due in full, and buy now, pay later options are available at checkout if you need to spread out the cost.

Why I Am Doing This

This time of year, a lot of business owners look at their website (or the website they still do not have) and say, “Next year. When I can afford it.”

I do not want price to be the reason you keep waiting. Technology should be accessible, especially when you are just starting out or building with what you have right now.

So for 10 projects, you decide what this investment looks like for your business. You get the same process, the same care, and the same teaching I bring to every client.

This Is for You If

  • You have been wanting a website on a platform that can help grow your business AND grow with your business, but felt too intimidated to start
  • You want someone in your corner who will actually teach you what is going on, not just hand you a finished product and disappear
  • You already have a WordPress website, but feel overwhelmed by it every time you log in
  • You want your website started or updated before the new year, but a bigger price tag has been holding you back

Choose Your Website

Single Page Website

Floor Price of $500
  • Normally starts at $1000
  • One scrolling page with all your key information
  • Best for New businesses, a single core offer, or a clean online home that is easy to manage

Multi-Page Website

Floor Price of $1200
  • Normally starts at $3000
  • Site with four distinct pages: Home, About, Services, and Contact
  • Best for Businesses with multiple services or more to share with visitors

Not Sure Which One Is Right for You?

Ask yourself: Do I need to be online quickly with the basics, or do I have the content ready for a fuller site right now? Either way, you are building a foundation you can grow on.

Single Page

A single page website is not a lesser website. It is a starting point. It needs less copy, fewer images, and less time to build, which means you can get online sooner and start showing up for your clients now.

And you are not locked in. As your business grows, your single page site can grow into a multi-page site. Your sections can become their own pages, and you can add new ones when you are ready.

Multi Page

A multi-page website is a great fit if you already have several services, a lot to share, or you are ready to put in the extra copy and images up front.

Need more than four pages? Additional pages are not part of this offer, but they can be added as a separate project after your site launches.

Available Add-ons

Add-ons can be billed separately, or you can add them into your Pay What You Can total so you only make one payment.

Branding at 50% Off

If you need branding, it is completed after your Brand Voice Guide and before your website build begins. That way your look and your voice line up from day one.

Basic Branding: normally $500, yours for $250
Full Branding: normally $1,000, yours for $500

Website Hosting at 50% Off For the first 3 Months

Hosting is available at 50% off the regular price for the first three months. Starter hosting is regularly $50 per month.

Larger multi-page sites with lots of images, a blog, or other added content may need to be bumped up to $65 per month as the site grows. Hosting with Studio117 Creative also gives you Kadence Pro.

Domain Setup

Don’t have a domain yet?

We will help you get it set up in your own account. Your domain belongs to you, always. I am added as a user so I can help, but you hold the keys to your own digital address.

What I Need From You

A website is a team project. Here is your part, and why each piece matters.

1

Your images. You know your business best, so the visuals should come from you. If you need them, I will share stock photo recommendations.

2

Your copy. You write it after we complete the Brand Voice Guide process together, so you will have a clear starting point and the words will sound like you.

3

Your branding, if you are not adding it through us.

4

A couple of short surveys along the way. Your feedback is genuinely how I refine my processes.

5

Responses within 48 hours. Surveys and project communication need a reply within 48 hours. This keeps your project on its 4 to 8 week timeline and keeps the schedule fair for everyone holding one of these 10 spots.

6

A testimonial when we are done. Honest words from you help the next business owner decide if this is right for them.

Payment, Made Simple

Once you are approved and your agreement is signed, you receive a payment link. Enter any amount at or above the floor price for your website type.

  • Payment is due in full
  • Buy now, pay later options are available at checkout if you want to split the cost into payments
  • Add-ons can be billed separately or included in your total so you only make one payment

See the Work for Yourself

Do not just take my word for it. Look around, see what I have built, and hear from the business owners I have worked with.

  • The Brand Voice Guide helped me define not just who I’m talking to, but how I want to speak to them

This guide took everything I’ve been thinking and feeling about my brand and laid it out in a way that was clear, aligned, and actionable. It helped me define not just who I’m talking to, but how I want to speak to them, across every platform.

Kadence Pro is licensed software. Licensing rules mean I can only include it on sites I host or maintain through a care plan.
