Your stack hours are valid for 6 months from purchase. This gives you plenty of time to use them while ensuring responsive support.

We track the time spent on your request, which can be viewed in your client portal. This time is deducted from your total.

Your usage can be viewed in your client portal. It will display the total hours purchased and the amount of time used.

If you are low on hours, we will send you an email to notify you. If this occurs while we are working on a request, you will have the option to either continue at the regular hourly rate or purchase additional support stack hours at the discounted rate.
