You do not need a monthly plan or a big project for that. You need someone who knows where to look, fixes it, and tells you what happened in plain English. That is what One Time Support is for.

  • Plugin, theme, and update issues
  • Email marketing platform troubleshooting and small tweaks

How One Time Support Works

1

Sign the support terms.

Fill in your info, review the terms, and add a payment method on file. You only do this once.

Your part: Review the terms and add a card or bank account.

2

Send your request.

Tell me what is going on through the support request form. Screenshots, screen recordings, and “it just stopped working” are all welcome.

Your part: Share what you are seeing, and give me access if I need to log in. For WordPress sites, here is how to add me as a user.

3

I fix it.

I respond within 2 business days, in the order requests come in. If the fix looks bigger than expected, I check with you first.

Your part: Keep an eye on your email in case I have a question.

4

Pay for what you used.

Your payment method on file is charged on Friday for that week’s work, or when the work is done if that comes first.

Your part: Nothing. That is the whole point.

Once your terms are signed, you can send a request any time something comes up.
