CME Event Security Studio Spark Website Project

Client Need

The client had already established a successful event planning and destination wedding planning business, but identified an opportunity to expand into the cybersecurity space for events. Given our increased digital reliance in all things, she recognized a growing need for specialized event security services beyond traditional planning.

As an experienced event professional, she needed to pivot part of her business to address cybersecurity event strategy for corporate clients. This required creating a distinct brand identity that would appeal to corporate clients while leveraging her existing reputation in the events industry.

Without a dedicated platform for this new service offering, the client was missing opportunities to promote her cybersecurity expertise, connect with potential corporate clients, and establish herself as a speaker in this specialized niche.

Her unique position at the intersection of event planning and cybersecurity demanded a website that could effectively communicate this specialized service while maintaining the professionalism and trust she had built in her existing business.

Solution

We collaborated to develop a new brand identity.  Ending with the creation of a comprehensive website built on a Hello You theme as the foundation for her Studio Spark design project.

Rather than attempting to incorporate these new services into her existing website, we focused on developing a separate platform to effectively target corporate clients interested in cybersecurity event strategy.

This approach allows for focused messaging tailored specifically to this audience.

Working with the client’s established brand colors, we created new logos and visual elements that communicated security, professionalism, and technological expertise while maintaining visual consistency with her overall brand.

The website was intentionally designed to highlight her unique approach to event security, showcase her expertise in cybersecurity event strategy, and present her speaking and consulting services in a cohesive and engaging manner.

This solution gave the client a strong foundation for expanding into this specialized niche, creating clear differentiation between her traditional event planning services and her new cybersecurity offerings.

The new website now serves as an effective tool for connecting with corporate clients and speaking opportunities, creating new revenue streams while positioning her as an innovative leader at the intersection of event planning and cybersecurity.
