Client Need

Selena Waite was establishing Waite Psychological and Therapeutic Services (Waite PTS) as a new practice, but lacked the digital foundation necessary to build credibility and attract clients in a competitive healthcare market.

As a mental health professional launching an independent practice, she needed more than a generic website—she required a thoughtfully designed website that would establish trust, convey her therapeutic approach, and make potential clients feel comfortable reaching out for support.

We created a custom website for Waite PTS using Elementor (completed in 2022, before our exclusive adoption of the Kadence framework) that perfectly captured the essence of Selena’s practice and therapeutic approach.
Building on the custom branding we had previously developed for her in a separate project, we designed a cohesive digital experience that communicated professionalism while maintaining the warmth essential for a mental health practice.

The website was strategically structured to provide clear information about services, approach, and credentials while creating multiple pathways for potential clients to initiate contact.
