Peace Counseling Center Content Strategy & Blog Posts
A therapy practice with a strong clinical philosophy needed content that could do two things at once: build trust with potential clients and help existing clients as a resource. With the additional goal of helping people find their practice online.

Client Need
Peace Counseling Center was launching with a clear, strength-based philosophy and a team of skilled clinicians, but no content presence to speak of.
Crystal had a published book, a well-developed brand voice, and deep expertise across individual therapy, couples therapy, medication management, and integrated care. What she needed was a way to translate all of that into content that could work on her behalf around the clock, reaching people who were quietly searching for help and giving them a reason to choose her practice over a Psychology Today listing.
The content also needed to honor a specific tension that comes with mental health marketing. It had to be warm and approachable without oversimplifying how hard it is to live with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or loss.
It had to be evidence-based without feeling cold. And it had to speak to a diverse Southern California audience that includes communities where seeking therapy still carries stigma.
Solution
We started by developing a full content strategy before writing a single word. Using Crystal’s brand voice guide, her published book SOAR, and a detailed content survey, we built out a bank of 20 to 30 potential blog topics mapped to her target keywords, her audience’s real search behavior, and her practice’s unique positioning.
From that larger bank, we identified the top 10 priority topics to lead the launch, organized around four strategic goals.
Foundation Building: Posts establishing Peace Counseling Center’s core philosophy, including the signature strength-based message that clients already have what it takes to heal, and the practice’s bio-psycho-social approach to whole-person care.
Barrier Removal: Posts designed to directly address the biggest reasons people hesitate to start therapy, including confidentiality concerns, fear of being misunderstood, and not knowing what to expect in a first session.
Differentiation: Posts that explain what makes Peace Counseling Center different from solo practitioners and directory listings, including their culturally responsive approach and integrated care model where therapists and psychiatric providers work together.
High-Intent Keywords: Posts targeting the specific symptoms and situations people are actively searching for, including panic attacks and anxiety, anger outbursts, and coping strategies that have stopped working.
Each post was written in Crystal’s documented brand voice, warm, strength-based, and clinically grounded, with a consistent call to action pointing readers toward booking a consultation. Posts were sequenced for launch in a deliberate order, starting with trust-building content and moving toward service education and conversion.
